Luxurycomm: “Scenes from Madrid”

Offices

Objective

Luxurycomm, the company specialising in marketing and the digital landscape for premium and luxury brands, needed to give its new offices an image in keeping with its philosophy and a way of working based on creativity, a lifestyle and corporate vision, and an expanding team. A space that would combine design, collaboration and an international outlook, designed to foster ideas, strengthen synergies and better support its clients – a project that Cayetana Vela and Cristina Quesada entrusted to Estudio Silvia Trigueros.

“They needed an open-plan, modern office with a degree of flexibility to accommodate growth; without fixed workstations and with a subtle division between the different departments. A place where the partners would have private spaces yet remain close to their teams and within sight, conveying a sense of closeness and allowing easy access,” explains the interior designer.

The office takes the form of a journey through Madrid, with rooms named after iconic neighbourhoods such as Chamberí, Malasaña and Retiro; and collaborative workspaces where people can meet, discuss ideas and grow.

Solution

The project addresses the needs of Luxurycomm, which – unlike other companies that are increasingly scaling back their physical spaces – has chosen to invest in them as generators of culture. Because, as Vela and Quesada point out , “creativity needs places where it can come together, be debated and grow”.

Functional and sophisticated, the interior design harmonises with the brand’s identity to create a space that welcomes and inspires both the team and its clients, where the layout, furniture, materials and lighting have been carefully selected.

To fit out the new offices, Trigueros turned to Actiu, which provided ergonomic solutions tailored to new ways of working, such as the Arkitekt and Prisma desks, the A+S Work and Noom chairs, and cupboards that allow storage to be integrated into the interior design. “The great versatility of their collections, available in a wide range of sizes, has helped us to easily adapt the layout to the space,” notes the interior designer.

Alongside Actiu, other companies have been involved, such as Artewalls, responsible for the decorative wallpapers in the main meeting room; and Divah, with glazed partitions that enhance the senseof space, light and communication.
